2-in-1 Convertible Pet Bed – Cozy Plush Nest

The filling shifted after washing and it hasn't looked the same since. I contacted customer service about a defect and it took several days to hear back, which was frustrating. Disappointed given the price point.

I wasn't sure the 'convertible' part would actually matter, but it does. I love that I can fold up the sides for a cozy nest or lay it flat for warmer days. One edge had a small stitching issue out of the box, and their support team sent a replacement without any hassle. Will be buying again when this one eventually wears out.

This has become my tabby's favorite spot in the house. It looks great in the living room too, not an eyesore like most pet beds. The size was exactly as described, plenty of room to stretch out. Had to ask about washing instructions and support answered clearly and quickly. Will be buying again when this one eventually wears out.

This has become my dog's favorite spot in the house. The raised edges give my dog something to lean against, which they clearly love. Highly recommend, especially if your pet likes to burrow.

I've bought a lot of pet beds over the years and this is by far the coziest. The stitching feels sturdy, no loose threads after regular use. I had a question about sizing before ordering and customer service got back to me within a day — genuinely helpful. Would absolutely recommend to any pet owner.

Five stars, no hesitation. The raised edges give my tabby something to lean against, which they clearly love. When mine arrived slightly damaged, their team handled the replacement smoothly and without any back and forth. Would absolutely recommend to any pet owner.

My border collie took to this bed almost immediately. The plush material is so soft without feeling cheap or flattening out after a week. It's noticeably plusher than the one we had before from another brand. One edge had a small stitching issue out of the box, and their support team sent a replacement without any hassle. It's fine — comfortable enough, just not as plush as I hoped. Would consider buying again but not in a rush to.
