Gift Card Terms

We want every MyPawVerse gift card to feel simple, secure, and enjoyable to use. These terms explain how digital gift cards purchased from and redeemed at mypawverse.com work.

About your gift card

MyPawVerse gift cards are digital products, so no physical card is shipped. After payment is approved, the gift card and its unique redemption code are delivered electronically to the email address provided.

Values and currency

Gift cards are available in preset values from US$25 to US$500. The amount displayed at checkout is the amount charged. When a gift card is redeemed in a different supported currency, Shopify Markets converts the remaining balance using the exchange rate in effect at the time of redemption. The displayed local-currency value may therefore change with exchange rates.

Using the balance

Enter the gift-card code at checkout on mypawverse.com.
The card may be used over multiple eligible orders until its balance reaches zero.
If an order total exceeds the remaining balance, another accepted payment method may be used for the difference.
More than one gift card may be used on an eligible order where Shopify permits it.
A gift card cannot be used to purchase another gift card.

No expiry or fees

MyPawVerse gift cards do not expire and do not carry activation, inactivity, or maintenance fees.

Promotions and discounts

The purchase of a gift card is not eligible for discount codes, first-purchase offers, bundles, free-gift promotions, or other price reductions unless an offer expressly states that gift cards are included. A valid gift card may be used as payment for eligible merchandise, including merchandise receiving an otherwise valid promotion.

Delivery and security

Please confirm the email address before placing the order and keep the redemption code private. Anyone with access to the code may be able to use the balance. If a gift-card email is missing or the code cannot be located, contact us through our Contact page. We may ask for the purchaser’s email address, order number, and other information needed to verify the purchase before helping.

Your purchase and our support

Because a digital gift-card code carries value as soon as it is issued, gift-card purchases are final sale and cannot be returned, cancelled, or refunded, except where required by applicable law. This helps us protect the security and value of every issued gift card.

If the gift-card email does not arrive, the code does not work as expected, or you believe there is a delivery error, please contact us. We will verify the order and do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

If eligible merchandise purchased with a gift card is later approved for a refund, the gift-card-funded portion will be returned to the same gift card. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

Order review and fraud prevention

To protect customers and gift-card balances, an order may be briefly delayed or held while payment or fraud checks are completed. MyPawVerse may cancel a gift card obtained through unauthorized, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful activity.
